How long does shipping take?
We ship from within the EU. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and arrive quickly once dispatched. We ship orders using trusted carriers (PostNL, DHL, DPD, Local Couriers, etc) Typical delivery times are:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days after dispatch
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow an extra 1–2 days during peak periods (sales, Black Friday, holidays) or to remote areas.
Notes
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
- Free shipping on orders €40+ (speed is the same as paid shipping).
- If your order contains a pre-order/back-order item, we ship when everything is in stock (split shipment on request).
- Need to change your address? Contact support@meandskin.com ASAP—before we fulfill your order.
“Business days” are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Are your products authentic and EU-compliant?
Are your products authentic and EU-compliant?
Yes. We source only from authorized distributors and stock products that are EU-compliant (CPNP registered) under Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. Every item has batch/expiry info and PAO (e.g., “12M”). We store goods under recommended conditions and never sell grey-market or expired products.

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, with hygiene seals intact.
To request a return, email support@meandskin.com with your order number we will provide instructions (and a return label if applicable).
Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items; otherwise the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Exchanges are not automated please place a new order.

To keep your shopping experience convenient, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, iDEAL, and—where available—Apple Pay or Google Pay. All payments are encrypted and handled by PCI-compliant processors.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes—if you contact support@meandskin.com before your order is fulfilled. Please include “URGENT ORDER CHANGE” and your order number.
Once shipped, we can’t edit or cancel, but we can:
- try a carrier intercept/reroute (not guaranteed; fees may apply), or
- process a return under our 14-day policy after delivery.
Pre-orders/back-orders: we ship when all items are in stock; ask us for a split shipment if needed.
