At MEANDSKIN, operated by OMORFI HOUSE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your skincare purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting support@meandskin.com.
2. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
For health and hygiene reasons related to skincare products, returned items must meet the following conditions:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
Items must be resalable and free from damage, wear, or signs of use
Customers may inspect products as permitted under EU consumer law; however, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or unsealed, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
Defective or Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence. Such items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, please contact support@meandskin.com to confirm stock and arrange the return.
If the exchanged item has a different price, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
5. How to Return an Item
Initiation: Contact us at support@meandskin.com to start your return
Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions:
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection (Monday to Saturday)
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
