Welcome to MEANDSKIN, operated by OMORFI HOUSE. We aim to deliver your skincare products quickly and safely across the Netherlands and Belgium. This shipping policy is fully aligned with our tax-included pricing.


1. Shipping Destinations & Origin

Destinations:
We currently ship exclusively to the Netherlands and Belgium. No international shipping is available outside these countries at this time.

Origin:
All orders ship directly from our Dutch warehouse located at:
C.P.M. Rommeplantsoen 71, 1067 WT Amsterdam, Netherlands

No Customs Fees:
Because we ship locally within the EU, there are no customs fees for our customers.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.

The Netherlands:

Free shipping on orders over €40

Flat rate of €4.95 for orders under €40

Belgium:

Free shipping on orders over €50

Flat rate of €7.95 for orders under €50


3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

We work quickly to get your skincare to your door.

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) qualify for same-day processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared and packed within 1 business day

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)

  • Belgium: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed.


4. Tracking Your Order

Tracking Provided: All shipments include tracking

Notification: A tracking link is sent via email within 24 hours of dispatch

Activation: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update

Responsibility: Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability for delivery


5. Product Pricing & Transparency

Currency: All prices are displayed in Euros (€)

VAT Included: All listed prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)

No Hidden Fees: The checkout page clearly shows the subtotal, shipping fee, and final total


6. Address Accuracy & Modifications

Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including a valid phone number and email

Address Changes: Address corrections may be requested within 12 hours of placing the order

Once an order has been packed or shipped, address changes are no longer possible


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos and your order number

Lost Parcels: A parcel is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier confirms it is missing. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund once confirmed

Delivered Orders: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We will assist with carrier investigations when possible
