A: Currently, we ship exclusively to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Netherlands: Free shipping over €40; €4.95 for orders under €40
Belgium: Free shipping over €50; €7.95 for orders under €50

A: Yes. A tracking link is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activation.
Q: What if I entered the wrong address?
A: You may request an address correction within 12 hours of ordering. After that, we cannot change it. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates to ensure delivery.

A: Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original condition.
Q: What if I received a defective or incorrect product?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Q: How are refunds processed?
A: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to a mistake or defective item.

A: Customers pay for change-of-mind returns. MEANDSKIN covers shipping costs for incorrect or defective products.
Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes. Exchanges are possible for defective items or if you want a different product of the same type, subject to stock availability.

A: You may cancel within 12 hours of ordering, provided it hasn’t been processed, packed, or shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
