Cancellation policy

At MEANDSKIN, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Due to our rapid fulfillment, cancellations can only be requested within a limited window.

1. Cancellation Window

Customers may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order (CET / Amsterdam time).

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been packed, processed, or shipped.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders already shipped or in transit cannot be canceled.

In such cases, you must receive the package and follow our Return & Refund Policy to return items for a refund.

Incorrect addresses provided at purchase are the customer’s responsibility; we cannot stop or cancel delivery once the order is in transit.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

4. Refund Processing

If your cancellation is approved within the 12-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Fraud & Security

MEANDSKIN reserves the right to cancel any order if our security systems detect unusual activity or potential fraud.

In such cases, we will attempt to contact you before finalizing the cancellation.
