9. Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Estimated Delivery:

Belgium: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

11. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery.

12. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and must follow the return process.

Products shipped within valid shelf life
Skincare products are consumables and do not include extended warranties.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
