These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the MEANDSKIN website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Information

MEANDSKIN is a skincare brand operated by OMORFI HOUSE, registered in the Netherlands. All billing and payment transactions are processed in accordance with applicable Dutch and European Union laws.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer secure and flexible payment options. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized.

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay

Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)

Local Payments: iDEAL (Netherlands)

Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna (subject to Klarna’s own terms, conditions, and eligibility checks)

Payment Gateway: Mollie – Payments, supporting various international payment options


3. Pricing, Currency & Tax

Currency: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated

VAT Included: All listed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Dutch and EU regulations

Transparency: At checkout, you will see a clear breakdown of the product subtotal, shipping fees, discounts (if applicable), and final payable amount

No Hidden Fees: There are no hidden or unexpected charges

Price Changes: Prices may change due to supplier costs, promotions, or market conditions, but confirmed orders will not be affected


4. Payment Security

Your payment security is important to us. All transactions are processed using trusted third-party payment providers and secure encryption technologies. MEANDSKIN does not store or have access to your full payment card details.


5. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.


6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be completed. You may need to use an alternative payment method. MEANDSKIN is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by failed payments.


7. Billing Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in payment delays, order cancellation, or processing issues.


8. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may be investigated and could result in order cancellation or restricted access to future purchases


9. Changes to Billing Terms

MEANDSKIN reserves the right to update or modify these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
